Carriera is proud to partner with a multi-disciplinary consultancy who have a few offices around key locations in the UK. Our client’s business is currently 20 strong across project & cost management and building surveying and due to continued success winning work they need to increase their headcount by 15 by 2025.
About the role
As an associate director, you will be responsible for the delivery of some key projects which include a £35m mixed-use residential led scheme, currently at enabling works, but will also entail working across commercial, healthcare, industrial and defence. You will be working directly under the owner of the business who is a project manager by background.
This role genuinely offers a route to partner! The current owners would love nothing more than an associate director, who has a pedigree of work winning/business development, to hit the ground running and within 3-5 years become an owner of the business.
