Amazing opportunity to step into the Associate Director of M&E Cost Management role with one of the most progressive construction consultancies across the globe and previous winner of Consultancy of the Year.

About the Role

Operating in 55 countries, with over 2000 employees, this highly renowned consultancy has worked on some of the most famous projects around the world. This includes giant petrochemical plants to the world's tallest hotel in Dubai, and from London's Heathrow Airport to the Freedom Tower in New York.

Supporting the Director, you will lead the M&E team of 5 Quantity Surveyors in the central London office which holds 700 employees. You'll play a leading role in the growth and progression of the team, working on projects in the UK and Europe such as residential towers, data centres, commercial offices, life sciences and manufacturing facilities. Business development and client relationships management will play a big part of your role.

About You

You will have be MRICS status as well as a proven track record of leading M&E projects for UK private and public sector clients, from a construction consultancy background. Experience in business development and team leadership and mentorship is also needed.
