Location: Belfast office (projects across the region)

Salary: In the region of £85,000 - £95,000 + excellent benefits package

Carriera is excited to be working with an independent fire engineering practice which has grown significantly over the last two years from an original head count of two, and now sits at 30 experienced and like-minded fire engineers. This is a forward-thinking fire engineering consultancy which is looking to recruit ambitious fire engineering professionals to join the team out of their Belfast office.

Our client has established offices across the UK and they are looking for competent and technical Associate Director to join the Belfast office, covering a diverse mix of projects (residential, commercial, office, recreation, education, hotel and healthcare) in the built environment on both a regional and national basis.

The successful engineer will offer a range of services including - fire strategies, structural fire engineering reports, external wall reviews, fire safety advice, CFD modelling etc.

You will join a close-knit team of fire engineering professionals and help further develop the Belfast office who are passionate about fire safety and all have a common goal of being the best fire engineering practice in the UK.

About you

• Degree in fire engineering or similar engineering discipline.
• Excellent technical knowledge of all aspects relating to fire engineering.
• Membership to IFE (MIFireE) or capable of working towards this.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status (desirable but not essential).
