Associate Director Building Surveyor

An Associate Director Building Surveyor is required to join a leading Real Estate and Financial services practice in the heart of London. Commercial and industrial specialists, my client manages and prestigious client portfolio including some of the World's largest developers, funds, financial institutions and blue-chip corporations.

The slick and dynamic building consultancy division prides themselves in delivering high levels of construction advice. This is a heavily client facing role and will require the successful Associate Director to manage multiple stakeholder relationships. An opportunity to continue personal and professional development through mentorship and career schemes.

A traditional building surveying role that focuses on both professional and project disciplines. The successful individual will have strong technical knowledge and competent commercial awareness. You will manage a small team of juniors offering daily support and guidance.
