About the role:
The role will see you working within a vibrant office, collaborating with like minded professionals who are passionate about their clients, projects and profession. You will lead a a team of Building surveyors, who provide project and professional duties. Ensuring that the building surveyors are mentored, supported through their apc, given sufficient work and that the work delivered is of the required standard. You will also deliver a rounded service, picking up contract administration, surveys, dilapidations and TDD.
About you:
You will be an experienced chartered building surveyor (MRICS), who is used to managed client relationships and helping to win work.
