Associate Director

Are you a Senior Project Manager wanting to upscale your skills and progress with a driven consultancy? This is a great opportunity for an aspiring partner to take that next step, take on more responsibility and grow to become a successful Associate Director.

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and strategic management of commissions of significant size and complexity through all phases of design, preconstruction, construction, and project completion, you will be working across all sectors from mixed residential, commercial, education, civic buildings etc as well as providing mentorship to other Project Managers and Seniors.

You will have previous industry experience, have taken projects through the full project life cycle in various sectors, experience working in a client focused, consultancy-based environment or directly for commercial developer, excellent communication and relationship building skills with stakeholders and clients and great knowledge of the construction industry.
