A leading multi-discipline practice is looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their building consultancy department. We are looking for a confident and competent professional to support the Partner in the team. You will lead projects from inception to completion and manage a small team of juniors.

The division are market leading specialists in the residential, education and commercial sectors. Programmes range from £300k - £2.7million. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring Associate looking for the next steps in their career to achieve full Partnership status.

• Feasibility studies
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Schedules of dilapidations
• Party wall matters

About the Associate Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing
