Associate Building Surveyor - London

A market leading independent real estate practice in London looking to add an Associate Building Surveyor to their team. My client is arguably one of the most vibrant and modern practices in the capital. A commercially led firm who manage a prestigious client portfolio across Zone 1 & 2.

Together we are looking for an Associate or an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who is ready to take the next steps in their career. The successful surveyor will come from a commercial background and have proven technical skills. A confident and client facing professional who has the appetite progress to full Partnership level.

This is a versatile traditional building surveying role which offers full exposure across both project and professional disciplines. You will support the lead Partner with several long term instructions and client management. Other responsibilities include overseeing a small team of junior surveyors and business development.
