An independent multi-discipline practice in Waterloo is looking to strengthen their building surveying team with the addition of an Associate Building Surveyor. The commercially focused practice is a personal organisation who boasts employing over 80 professionals. They pride themselves on delivering accurate construction advice across the built environment.

The role:

This is a generic building surveying role that encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. You will lead schemes from inception to completion whilst spotting new business development opportunities. The building consultancy division is undertaking programmes in the warehouse, retail, office, private residential and development sectors. Duties also include planned maintenance programmes, contract administration and schedules of condition.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Client facing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
