Are you an Associate Building Surveyor looking to join a leading real estate practice? My client is an international organisation who boasts employing over 200,000 professionals. I am assisting them with strengthening their Leeds office with the addition of an Associate Building Surveyor. The City Centre office facilitates over 20 construction experts working across the commercial sector.

The role

This is a generic building surveying role which encompasses both the professional and project disciplines. You will lead several multimillion pound schemes from inception to completion. Responsibilities include managing stakeholders and spotting new business development opportunities. The division is delivering accurate advice across a prestigious client portfolio, work predominately is located in Leeds and the local Yorkshire area.

• TDD/Building surveys
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Contract administration
• Project management
• Schedules of condition
• Feasibility studies
• Reinstatement cost assessments

Successful Associate Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Client facing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
