Associate Building Surveyor

A leading property advisor is looking to add an Associate Building Surveyor to their West End team. We are looking for a competent commercial building surveyor to compliment the department.

My client is a slick and dynamic organisation who prides themselves on delivering accurate construction advice. The practice boasts a reputable reputation in the built environment and has a healthy pipeline of instructions past 2024.

You the successful Associate Building Surveyor will demonstrate impressive technical knowledge across both professional and project disciplines. The selected surveyor will be tasked with important stakeholder management, spotting new business opportunities and support junior team members.  

The work is predominately located in Zone 1 & 2, typical projects range from office fit outs CAT A, preparing schedules of dilapidations (landlord & tenant) and refurbishment schemes across commercial structures. Project values range from £200k - £3.5million.

Associate Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Commercially aware
• Experience with dilapidations (both Landlord & Tenant)
• Strong technical knowledge
• Competent client management skills
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Full clean UK driver's licence
