Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an independent and international construction consultancy with a personable work environment working on industrial and logistics related projects from the central London office.
About the role
With over 21 years in the industry and recent projects including Chelsea Barracks prime residence in Belgravia, Amazon warehouse and fit out commercial office on Bow Street, this consultancy delivers project management, building surveying, cost management and fund monitoring services to an extensive list of public and private clients. Working on projects across the UK, this innovative progressive consultancy is looking for someone to join their constantly expanding team due to their consistent success.
As the Quantity Surveyor you will join the central London office, one of their 4 offices across the UK (with 7 others in Europe) and fulfil a range of pre and post contract duties with the view to managing your own projects in due course. You will work both autonomously and collaboratively on projects ranging from £250k to £50mill+ , with other team members as well as clients.
About you
You must have a RICS accredited degree and have experience working in the construction industry whether this is from a consultancy or contractor background.
