Operating from 7 offices across the UK this property and construction consultancy delivers projects ranging from £250k up to £100m+. They've successfully nurtured long-term client relationships with many household names such as Rolls Royce, Sainsbury's, Ministry of Defence and the Eden Project as well as completing award winning projects The Wave (Bristol), the Box (Plymouth) and the media centre at Lords.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will work within the personable team in the original Truro office, responsible for a combination of pre and post contract cost management and contribution to the entire project lifecycle with a view to moving into managing your own projects.
About you
The successful candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and have some sort of work experience within the construction industry, preferably from a consultancy.
