Established over 70 years ago with plenty of growth ahead our client are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team of 13 and assist in delivering their upcoming projects within education, life sciences and commercial sector. These projects are valued at £370M with 25% ownership which will give you great exposure and a chance to really build your portfolio and learn from industries best.
As an Assistant Project Manager you will be responsible for assisting in taking current and upcoming projects from inception to completion, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and work shoulder to shoulder with your peers to maximise your development potential. This is a hybrid opportunity where you will be expected to be in the office 2/3 days a week and no requirement for traveling further than 45 minutes to site as all the projects are local to Oxford.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate who has recently graduated with a RICS accredited degree or a Graduate Project Manager who thinks they are ready to take that next step in their career. You will be driven, enthusiastic in wanting to succeed and have good knowledge of the construction market.
