A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a multi-discipline practice in Southend, Rochford. The personable award-winning practice deliver multimillion pound schemes across Essex. They operate in the residential, commercial and education sectors.

The role is for an Assistant Building Surveyor to assist in Employers Agent duties for new build housing and regeneration projects in Essex and the surrounding home counties. You will support a Senior Building Surveyor with the various stages of programmes from inception to completion. Additional responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders and delivering key updates and progress report to the leading Partner.

You will be offered structured personal and professional development training which will also cover your APC programme. My client has an impressive reputation in mentoring and supporting their junior members through to full MRICS Chartership status.  

Assistant Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Minimum of 12 months in similar role
• Ideally started APC process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and driven personality
• Full UK driver's licence
