Assistant Building Surveyor - Reading

Unique opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a commercial agency in Reading. Due to organic growth and success the building consultancy team is looking to expand. The division takes immense pride in delivering schemes across Berkshire and the local home counties.

The Building Surveying team is filled with talented and invested professionals. A sociable and friendly bunch who are motivated by progression, you will be offered full APC support and training.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will undertake professional and project disciplines across the commercial, public and private residential sectors. You will support a Senior Building Surveying delivering maintenance, refurbishment and survey programmes. Responsibilities include contract administration, schedules of dilapidations, planned maintenance programmes and defect analysis.

Assistant Building Surveyor

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Minimum 12 months private practice experience
• Ideally started APC
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
