Are you an Assistant Building Surveyor who is looking for a new challenge?

A construction consultancy is looking to grow their team with the addition of an Assistant Building Surveyor. The West End based practice is looking for an ambitious and driven professional to join the division.

The practice delivers a wide variation of building surveying services across the education and commercial sectors. Typical schemes range from £100k - £2.5million, programmes are located in London and the surrounding home counties.

The role is to support a Senior Building Surveyor with the delivery of several multi-million pound projects. You will lead your own schemes from inception to completion, you will take full responsibility in client and stakeholder management. We are ideally looking for a professional who has experience working in projects and contract administration (JCT and NEC)

Full APC support is provided by an external specialist. You will be given accurate work and guidance to achieve MRICS status.

Assistant Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally started APC
• Self-motivated skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Live within an hour of West End based office
