The position has been created due to a number of new instructions and an ever increasing workload within the firm. The position will see you working alongside the directors and senior team in the delivery of service and client management.
About the role:
The position is a key appointment to the business and will see you working in a close knit team. You will be given a nicely diverse portfolio of work through the commercial sector, from professional services (pre-acquisition surveyors, defect diagnosis through to monitoring) and some solid project related duties around contract administration. The company has a good track record at supporting the apc programme and have recently had 100% strike rate.
About you:
You will have an RICS accredited degree and are enrolled on to the APC Pathway. Ideally you will have experience within commercial sectors, although we will consider astute building surveying graduates from a social housing or public sector background. You must have the ability to deliver a customer focused service and are used to and are seeking an autonomous role. It is important that you are well presented, confident in the advice and decisions you make and want to make a difference.
This position would be ideal for somebody who is looking to be a part of a very fast paced growing team, who is looking to grow within a privately owned business where there are no limits to your progression and compensation.
