Architectural Assistant Part II

The Business:

To join the team in Manchester, our client is seeking to hire a competent Architectural Assistant Part 2.

They are a multidisciplinary company with a reputation for producing world-class projects, and their main goal is to make sure that the architecture they produce is technically sound, sustainable, and refined in terms of aesthetic, performance, and usability.

You'll be working on a range of initiatives, both big and small, including R&D (technical facilities), advanced manufacturing, and individual private commissions. These projects will expose you to every facet of being an architect and provide you the chance to work on cutting-edge facilities for advanced engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Help in the creation of architectural drawings, reports, and concepts (RIBA Stages 1-5)
• As needed, assistance with creating and effectively communicating the brief to colleagues
• Prepare studies and design concepts for review; collaborate with other design team members.
• Make that design submissions adhere to the most recent building codes and technical standards.
• handling issues with a sensible and logical approach, adhering to set spending limits, and meeting deadlines
• assistance with appeals, building regulations, and planning applications
• On-site construction work inspection

Qualifications:

• Strong technical and design abilities
• Revit proficiency is required for the position.
• Part 2 Exceptional drawing skills and cutting-edge 3D abilities
• Experience with sophisticated technical constructions or industrial architecture
• Excellent communicator who is able to articulate complicated issues with resolutions when needed
• Diligent
• Organised
