An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a multidiscipline practice in Kent. My client is a forward-thinking modern practice who operates successfully across the commercial, residential and education sectors. The firm prides itself in delivering accurate construction advice across the built environment.

We are looking for Assistant Building Surveyor who has ideally started their APC. A confident and positive individual who is keen on continuing personal and career development. The building surveying team are a friendly close-knit bunch of professionals who take great pride in their work.

This is a generic building surveying role which offers exposure across the different disciplines. You will support an experienced APC councilor with the delivery on multi million pound programmes from inception to completion. Project values range from £300k - £2millon. Responsibilities include; contract administration, project management, reinstatement cost assessments, building surveys, planned maintenance programmes and schedule of works.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally started APC
• Positive 'can do attitude'
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
