A prolific opportunity for a senior project manager to join a privately-owned multi-disciplinary construction consultancy whose service offerings cover project and cost management, building surveying and engineering. Working through industrial, commercial fit-out and residential sectors.

About the client; 

This position is a key appointment for the team, which is currently made up of three shareholding Directors, Associates, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors bringing the team to a strong 20 people.

The project you will be overseeing is based in Swindon however the client is based in an outlying location near Guildford. From their Head Office they work with clients on a national basis and have created a harmonious office that is well set up for a professional who is keen to drive to work. Their key clients cover industrial, commercial fit-out and residential. The schemes they are engaged on are typically heavily engineered and have a high complexity level on automation, as well as very tight build programmes. Currently, one of their most interesting and complex projects is a 2 million sqft fully automated industrial shed for a well-known international brand.

About you;

You will have prior experience within the industrial or commercial fit-out sector and have worked on complex projects with tight deadlines from a value of £5 million+. You will have a construction or related degree and be working towards, or already have gained, your chartership or becoming affiliated to a professional body.
