A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a senior project manager to join a privately owned property and construction consultancy.

About the client;

The business is a top 20, multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy serving all

market sectors across the UK and around the world. They deliver project management, building surveying, cost management, architecture and civil engineering.

 The business will give you full support towards your professional development and encouraged you to fulfil your potential within the partnership. You will be joining a team who are fully supported by the partner and senior team and will help them grow and develop the service line.

Current projects range from a few million up to £300 million, each of which are highly prolific, challenging and diverse. Projects are spread across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, mixed use, and sports and leisure.

The projects which you will be working on initially will give you a chance for excellent career progression within the partnership, whilst you work very closely with an Equity Partner.

About you;

You will have a construction or property related degree, and ideally be professionally qualified. You must have experience running your own projects from inception through to completion, ideally valued up to £10 million or more. The role is client facing so you must be presentable, articulate and confident in all that you undertake. Having experience in the aforementioned sectors is desirable.

Compensation;

  • £55,000 – £70,000 basic salary
  • Travel/car allowance
  • Pension
