A superb opportunity has been presented for a senior project manager to join a highly regarded project management consultancy in Birmingham.

About the client;

Our client is a leading global construction consultancy who work across a variety of sectors including, residential, commercial, education, public, power, retail, transport, and water/utilities. The services they offer range from project and programme management, architecture, cost management, engineering and environmental solutions.

You will be joining the later living residential team, working on on-going design and build projects around the Birmingham area. The type of projects will be private sector care homes, retirement villages etc.

The team is involved in some of the UK’s most complex and stimulating projects, working closely with blue-chip clients in the residential sector. Projects are diverse and technically demanding.

Projects will vary in size and complexity up to £70 million, and you will be working alongside and supporting the senior members in the delivery of these projects.

About you;

You will have a construction related degree and ideally, have experience working in the residential sector. You must have experience in delivering projects from inception through to completion, up to £10 million in value. It would be useful if you have experience in leading a team as well.

It is essential that you have good communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and other team members as well as the ability to support the more junior members.


  • Salary – £55,000 – £65,000
