Carriera is pleased to partner with this Bank as it seeks to grow out their Oil & Gas EMEA M&A team in London.  The firm is well renown for being one of the leading banks in Natural Resources sector and has a global franchise.  Carriera is working with the London O&G team as they seek to hire:

  • 1 Associate
  • 1 Analyst

M&A Associate Skills & Requirements

  • 3-5 years M&A experience from a Bank or recognised M&A boutique
  • Must have a desire to develop a long-term career in M&A
  • Desire and experience in reviewing analysts work models, valuations, and wish to develop analysts in their training
  • Show desire to want to aid in client presentations and where appropriate assist in origination
  • Strong numeracy and modelling skills, particularly in valuation matters (DCF`s and LBO`s models)
  • Creation and Review of Financial Models produced
  • Production of IM and running the Auction process
  • Liaison with Clients when required

Remuneration

  • £75,000 – £100,000 depending on experience plus bonus (50% to 150% depending on forms success)

M&A ANALYST SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • You must have 1-3 years M&A experience from a bank, recognised boutique or Big 4 accountancy firm: in M&A department

M&A ANALYST KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Assisting senior members of staff in execution of deals
  • Preparation of pitchbooks and related marketing techniques
  • Generation of financial models
  • Creating models for valuation metrics
  • Drafting Information Memorandums for sell-side transactions and company forecast models
  • Updating internal databases

REMUNERATION

  • £45,000 – £60,000 plus bonus (50%-80% depending on success of team)
