Our client is a dynamic firm specializing in large-scale project delivery consultant, currently leaving a significant impact in the healthcare and education fields. They are actively in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to play a crucial role in their current and upcoming projects.
About the Position
As a Senior Project Manager you will collaborate closely with existing Project Managers to oversee the current workload of education and life science projects and strategically plan upcoming initiatives. Your responsibilities will extend to providing mentorship to junior Project Managers, cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders, winning new business, maintaining project budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery while upholding the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.
The ideal candidate should hold a construction-related degree (RICS accreditation is desirable) and showcase previous experience in delivering projects from inception to completion within healthcare and education. Essential qualities include strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen understanding of the industry and market.
