As a seasoned senior chartered building surveyor with a focus on project management services, you'll excel in navigating diverse project portfolios across various sectors, handling projects exceeding £10 million with ease. While having your own client base is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite. You'll bring significant experience, accustomed to leading professional teams, delivering impeccable service, and fostering strong client relationships.
Our client, a well-established building consultancy, serves institutional investors, corporate occupiers, developers, and landed estates across the UK with comprehensive building surveying and project management services.
In this role, you'll step into a significant leadership position within the business, succeeding a recognized partner. You'll cultivate key relationships, oversee exciting and varied projects, and play a vital role in the practice's development and expansion, offering expertise, technical support, and camaraderie.

Package:
• Salary/allowance up to £110,000 D.O.E
