Experienced building surveyor required to establish a new service line for a well-respected project and development management consultancy in London.
About the position
Our client is a respected construction and development consultancy, they operate from offices in central London and provide top-tier advice to their clients, who are institutional investors and developers. They are a small, yet high performing business, that has a close network of allied professional consultancies.
Through client needs and Directors ambitions to diversify the service offering they are looking to appoint a Director to establish the service offering and grow their capability. The client base is primarily commercial, mixed -use, research and development and technology, so the service offering will need to be project and professional.
About you
You will have a degree in Building Surveying and be a member of RICS. You will have commercial experience, comfortable at turning your hand to project or professional duties, where you can deal with lease exit strategies or pre-acquisition advice.
You will be used to working closely with clients, managing existing relationships, whilst identifying and winning new instructions. Previous experience of running a small team and profit & loss is essential. It is expected that you will have a professional network and hold client relationships.
