We are hiring – Recruitment Consultant and Executive Consultant

We are looking for our next team members, who will be a key part of a specialist business that has exacting standards, takes pride in the high level of service it offers and the market knowledge we have built up.

There are two positions available for Recruitment Consultants, whether you are a trainee or senior we would welcome a conversation. The desks that the roles will be working on are property focused – dealing with professionals and will be focused on securing permanent positions. Positions are typically mid to senior level appointments, although some times we are asked to find non – qualified staff, these positions attract salaries between £25,000 – £70,000.

You will work closely with the Director who has worked in the industry for near 20 years and he will aid your progression and impart his knowledge of recruitment and the disciplines that you will work with. You will be introduced to key and long standing relationships that you will help to support and nurture. You will be responsible for account management of some existing relationships and expected to develop your own personal business relationships. A key part of the role is candidate attraction, this will involve identification, approach work, interviewing and representation.

The individuals we are looking for will more than likely will be university educated and have built up experience within the recruitment industry, whether it be as a contingent recruiter or executive head hunter within Construction & Property or Financial Services (although other sectors will be considered). A background in account management, sales or estate agency will also be viewed positively.

You will have strong account management skills, be a natural problem solver who has a good memory for names, faces and numbers. You will be quietly confident, able to communicate technically challenging scenarios and be comfortable talking to non-qualified staff through to business owners.  It is essential that you have excellent communication and numeracy skills, as well being used to working with Microsoft Office and databases.
